Here’s the Deal
When: Friday, October 29 at 8pm until late
Where: Meet outside Pearl St. Pub on the Mall. As the crowd grows it’ll spread up and down the mall from there.
Why: Have a Halloween to remember
Cost: Nothing, this is a community led event. There are no organizers. People show up and it happens!
Be Cool?: Yes, be cool. We want this to be big and fun, and for it to keep happening, we need to treat the city proper like.
